My youngest child turned 25 today. How did that happen? I can still remember when he was little.
Yesterday at our Mother's Day gathering, this same son asked me if it was my 40th Mother's Day. The oldest child corrected him and said it was my 39th Mother's Day. The youngest then made the comment that his girlfriend's step dad is 42. Everyone was amazed at the relationship of the age of my oldest and the age of my son's girlfriend's step dad. I then realized that had I given birth to a child after a year or two of marriage, I could have a child that's older than the step dad.
Really? Really? This is just weird. I'M NOT THAT OLD! Am I?
